FAQs

Licensing:
– Creative-Commons Licenses are used to help determine which icons can be used for commercial/personal projects and under what terms.
– Free means that the set can be downloaded and used without any cost.
– Commercial means that it costs a fee to use the icons, more so for commercial use.

Quality: Icon sets are often referred to as "high," "premium," or "professional" in relations to the quality of the icons, although they may also be used to specify certain icon packages.

Installing: Windows - Right click on desktop, choose Properties, select "Desktop," click on "Customize Desktop," select the icon you want to change, then "Browse" for an icon (ICO format).
Mac - Click on an icon/folder, press "Get Info," click on the icon, then copy and paste icon onto the "old" icon.
