In the remarks you say “License: Personal use only.” but the actual Licence you chose is the “Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License”. This Licence explicitely allows commercial use.
To make things less confusing you should switch to the “Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported License” Licences if you have that in mind or drop the remark.
